A Conversation on U.S. Visa Issues:
U.S. Department of State

June 16, 2010

The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce, Business Oregon, and the Portland Business Alliance would like to invite you to an outreach event to discuss how the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs supports U.S. business. Participants will have the opportunity to hear firsthand from State Department officials about business visas and ask questions that are of importance in today's business world. The State Department has enhanced the efficiency, predictability, and transparency of the visa process and would like to discuss those improvements with Oregon businesses.

Main Speaker:
Eric S. Cohan, U.S. Department of State

Eric Cohan, a Foreign Service Officer, is currently the chief of the Visa Office's Coordination Division.
