RICHARD HURWITZ, PRESIDENT
Richard is the Director of Sales for Sinotech Corporation; an outsourced manufacturing company whose principal factories are located in Shenzhen, Ningbo, and Shanghai, China. Richard holds several other board positions within our community and remains active supporting several social causes. Sinotech’s products are used in the international Automotive, Medical, Printing and Transportation markets.
JEFFREY KINKLEY, VICE PRESIDENT
Jeffrey C. Kinkley is a professor of history (ret.) of St. John’s University, New York, and a courtesy professor in the departments of history and world languages and literatures at Portland State University. Currently he is pursuing research and exchange with colleagues at Chinese universities and institutes while working on a new book about the “Global Chinese detective story.”
AMY RICHTER, SECRETARY
Amy is a retired attorney and long-time community volunteer, serving on several non-profit boards. She enjoys travel and the performance arts.
MING BRINK, DIRECTOR
Ming is an Oregon-licensed CPA specializing in corporate taxation who currently works for Precision Castparts Corporation. Originally from Beijing and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, she is an Oregon wine lover who enjoys golfing and traveling the world. She is a past President of NWCC.
HONG CHOU, DIRECTOR
Hong Chou, violinist/Educator, is the Artistic Director of the Wave Elements Global Music and the Pacific Violin Academy, and is also a board member of the American String Teachers Association in Oregon. A graduate of the Cincinnati College Conservatory and Lewis & Clark College, she promotes global music and music education in the United States and Chin
RANDY FISCHER, DIRECTOR
Randy Fischer is a Senior Research Analyst at Port of Portland, with extensive travel in China.
VICTOR LAM, DIRECTOR
Victor is Vice President of Wealth Management and Senior Portfolio Manager with UBS Financial Services Inc. He is currently serving a Director of the Northwest China Council and Treasurer for the Oregon Military Museum Project.
FU LI, DIRECTOR
Professor Fu Li, is a Professor at Portland State University’s School of Engineering. Although Fu Li is new to NWCC, he has been active in many other local Chinese organizations in Oregon.
ERIC SHI, DIRECTOR
Eric is a consultant and entrepreneur, specializing in supply line solutions.
